Depending on which report you happen to be reading, the either definitely traded up to No. 1 to pick North Dakota State quarterback Carson Wentz or they definitely traded up to No. 1 to pick California quarterback Jared Goff. 's Peter King reported that the Rams haven't made a decision just yet, noting that "they obviously felt that either Carson Wentz of North Dakota State or Jared Goff of Cal was capable of being the franchise quarterback the Rams have lacked during the Jeff Fisher era."Meanwhile, ESPN's Adam Schefter that they made the deal when they did so they could have "two Amani Bledsoe Jersey weeks to debate between Goff and Wentz.
